This iconic amenity terrace resides within the fourteenth floor podium of the tallest residential high rise in the western hemisphere. Positioned in the center of mid-town NYC the amenity terrace serves as the social gathering hub for the building’s residents. A series of interconnected outdoor rooms including a chef’s kitchen/bar, cocktail room, fireplace lounge, seating areas, and a sixty foot long swimming pool complimented with ample chaise lounge chairs and cabanas are organized around a central open lawn. Collectively a shared sense of community is achieved through the offerings of these passive and active recreational activities situated within a fluid, serene, leafy garden landscape.
