With a rich history spanning three centuries Morgan North now hosts New York City’s largest rooftop park to date. More than two-acres of lush gardens, walking paths, outdoor work opportunities, cabanas and event spaces combine to create a new standard for the future landscape of work. The weave of pathways and undulating topographic perennial meadows successfully blur the otherwise static positioning of the trees over column grid lines into a poetic tapestry where one can easily get lost in wonderment within this wildlife habitat. The park has unparalleled views of the Chelsea neighborhood to the south while an evergreen woodland buffers the imposing towers of Hudson Yards to the north.
