The Vatika One on One commercial development is situated at one of the most distinct locations for high quality offices set around a new public square. The site of approximately 13 acres with views of Delhi is adjacent to a natural preservice that contributes to creation of a pleasant working environment. The occupants of the development enjoy this large and vibrant urban space surrounded by ground level retail shops, restaurants and cafes that complement the distinctiveness of the development. Additional amenities include smaller retail kiosks within the plaza and a health club with salon and spa. Subterranean parking access was artfully incorporated into the design as sculpted features versus utilitarian cut outs. The design incorporates sustainable design solutions to comply with local mandates for rain water harvesting, conservation and complies with IGBC/LEED guidelines.
